33 kelso ave | another completed project
This is another project I designed (both architectural and interior and staged) with Eurodale Developments. A gorgeous reno, it was recently featured in the Toronto Star and is currently listed on the market for sale. The house is located in the heart of Lawrence Park, just steps from Avenue Road and features all the ammenties including spacious gormet kitchen and appliances, butler's pantry, casual and formal entertaining spaces, mudroom, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, finished basement, garage and lots of green space in the rear (with a massive deck!). ReplyDeleteMaybe if you had grown up in Toronto you would realize that Lawrence Park does not go west of Yonge St. This house is actually, for a better word, ugly.
